Meet Our Doctors
Elizabeth Welch, Au.D., Owner
Dr. Elizabeth Welch is the owner of Hearing Services of Franklin. Dr. Welch received her master’s degree from the University of Mississippi and completed her doctoral degree from Salus University. As the owner of Hearing Services of Franklin, Dr. Welch leads one of Middle Tennessee’s largest hearing health care facilities. Dr. Welch also founded and runs a non-profit organization, Hearing Connections, to help all patients have access to affordable hearing care. Elizabeth is married with three beautiful daughters who definitely keep her busy and blessed.
Rachel Tuberville, Au.D. – Franklin
Dr. Rachel Tuberville attended the University of Southern Mississippi. She completed her externship at Hearing Services of Franklin, and earned her doctoral degree in 2009. With her knowledge and compassionate personality for individuals with hearing impairment, Dr. Tuberville continues serving the residents of Middle Tennessee from our Franklin location. She and her husband have three children, Evy, Colten, and Ella Kate.
Kelsey Haldeman, Au.D. – Franklin
Dr. Kelsey Haldeman completed her externship at Hearing Services of Franklin. Dr. Haldeman is a native of Murfreesboro, TN and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2013. She joined the practice after earning her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Auburn University in 2017. Dr. Haldeman has a hearing loss and wears hearing aids in both ears. She enjoys sharing her story and showing compassion towards others living with hearing loss.
Bridget Lee, Au.D. – Spring Hill
Dr. Bridget Lee received her doctoral degree from the University of Memphis in 2004 then practiced in Memphis for three years. Having grown up in Columbia, she returned to the Middle Tennessee area in 2007. Dr. Lee now serves Middle Tennessee with her hearing and balance expertise at Hearing Services of Franklin. Dr. Lee and her family live in Spring Hill, and she sees patients in the Spring Hill location.
Jennifer Kilgore, Au.D. – Spring Hill
Dr. Jennifer Kilgore grew up in Memphis and received her doctoral degree from the University of Tennessee in 2017. She practiced in the Franklin area since graduation and joined our Spring Hill location in 2022. Dr. Kilgore lives in Thompsons Station with her husband Cole and two children.
Meet Our Office Staff
Cindy Spence – Patient Care Coordinator
Cindy and her husband moved from north Illinois to Middle Tennessee just before she joined our team in 2020. She has two adult children, Allyson and Randy. Cindy is primarily in the Spring Hill office. Cindy is always looking for ways to be helpful and kind to our patients and her team. We know you will all adore her just like we all do when you visit the Spring Hill office.
Mandy Roberts – Patient Care Coordinator
Mandy is originally from Mississippi, she graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Kinesiology. She is married to Ken and they have two adult children, Walker and Maggie. The Roberts reside in Franklin, TN. Mandy enjoys gardening, reading, and being with her family, friends and pets. Mandy will most likely be the one to greet you with a big southern smile and happily check you in and out for your appointments in the Franklin office.
Lauren Thieman – Account Receivable Coordinator & Insurance Coordinator
Lauren grew up in Franklin and earned an associates degree from Columbia State CC. She is married to Micah and lives in Franklin. They and are very involved with their church where Lauren is active in the kids ministry. The Thieman’s welcomed their first baby – a boy – in 2022. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and being a new mom keeps her plenty busy. We are thrilled to have her on our team.
Sara Sartin – Director of Operations
Sara received her bachelor’s degree from Liberty University with majors in Business Management and Christian Counseling. Sara served in the Marine Corps and enjoys organizing and strategic planning. She thrives on seeing positive results and developing systems to deliver the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction. Sara and her husband live in Franklin, TN and love to travel. They have a son pursuing his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry in the Carver School of Medicine at the University of Iowa.
