Patient Walk-In Clinic Information
Patients will need a scheduled appointment for any testing, consultations, wax removal, programming adjustments including volume or feedback, and more complex situations to be determined by the provider or your hearing care team.
Patients are seen on a first-come-first-served basis during walk-in clinics.
Patients covered by a valid Care Package will not have charges for most walk-in services. If you are not covered by an active Care Package, prices for each walk-in service or product will be based on current pricing at the time of service. Please note that a warranty service is not the same as a care package, and even if a device is under manufacturer warranty, Audiology service charges may apply.

Our Walk-In Clinic hours are dedicated times at each location when a provider is available for over-the-counter needs, such as hearing aid cleanings, minor repairs, drop-offs, and supply pick-ups.
Patients will need a scheduled appointment for any testing, consultations, ear wax removal, programming adjustments (including volume or feedback), and more complex situations to be determined by the provider or your hearing care team.
Patients are seen on a first-come-first-served basis during Walk-In Clinics.
Patients covered by a valid Complete Care Package will not have charges for most Walk-In Clinic services. If you are not covered by an active Complete Care Package, prices for each Walk-In Clinic service or product will be based on current pricing at the time of service.
